Who We Serve

At Kids First Parent Network Organization, we are dedicated to assisting parents who find themselves alienated from their children due to complex family dynamics and legal challenges. Our mission is to ensure that every child can maintain a nurturing relationship with their parents, regardless of the family's legal or domestic circumstances. Here’s a closer look at the groups we serve:

Divorce or Legal Separation

We help parents navigating the turbulent waters of divorce or legal separation, ensuring they maintain a strong, supportive presence in their children's lives despite the end of their marital relationship.

Domestic Violence Restraining Orders

In situations where domestic violence restraining orders are involved, we provide support and resources to help the affected parent continue to play a constructive role in their child’s life, tailored to the safety and emotional well-being of all parties involved.

Child’s Right to Choose

We respect and support situations where older children have expressed a preference in custodial decisions. We offer counseling and mediation to ensure that the child’s voice is heard and their choices are respected, all while maintaining parental involvement that is in the best interest of the child.

Non-Married Couples

Our services are also available to non-married couples who are co-parenting. We help these parents navigate their unique challenges to ensure that their children receive consistent care and affection from both parents.

Blended Families

Blended families often face unique challenges in creating a cohesive family unit. We provide resources and support to help step-parents and biological parents work together to foster a healthy, supportive environment for all children involved.

Guardianship Issues

For families dealing with guardianship complexities, whether due to the absence or incapacity of biological parents or other reasons, we offer guidance and support to ensure the guardian is well-equipped to provide a stable and loving home.

Our organization is committed to removing barriers between parents and children, promoting a healthy co-parenting environment, and ensuring that children can thrive regardless of their family's legal status or domestic arrangements.
